Ingredients:
1 to 1-1/2 pounds fresh tuna steaks
2-1/2 tsp
Urban Accents Cape Cod Grill & Boil2 tsp mayonnaise
3 Tbsp seasoned breadcrumbs
4 crusty burger rolls
Directions:
To make the patties, with a large chef's knife, slice the tuna into thin strips. Cut the strips crosswise, then chop until the tuna is the texture of raw hamburger meat. In a medium bowl, add the chopped tuna to Cape Cod Grill and Boil, mayonnaise and breadcrumbs. Handling the mixture as little as possible to avoid compacting it, mix well. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portion and form patties. Place patties on plate, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Preheat grill for medium-high heat. Place tuna patties on a lightly oiled grill grate. Allow patties to cook for 3-4 minutes per side. They should remain slightly pink on the inside. Remove and serve on crusty roll with favorite condiments.
