Ingredients:

4 salmon filets, approx 6-8 oz each
Extra-virgin olive oil
Urban Accents Kodiak Fish & Game

Directions:

Preheat grill for medium-high heat.  Lightly brush both sides of salmon with olive oil.  Evenly sprinkle salmon filets with Kodiak Fish & Game.  


Grill for 4-5 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fish. Turn carefully with a wide spatula and grill for another 4-5 minutes. The salmon will be slightly raw in the center, but it will keep cooking as you take it off the grill and serve it.
