3 portobello mushrooms
3 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp
Urban Accents Chicago Steak and Chop
Directions:
Spray grill rack with nonstick spray and preheat to medium. Clean mushrooms and trim stems. Brush olive oil on both sides of mushrooms. Sprinkle liberally with Chicago Steak & Chop. Grill until tender, about 4-5 minutes on each side. Cut into bite-size pieces and serve warm as appetizer or side dish.
