Ingredients:
1/4 cup orange juice
4 Tbsp turbonado sugar (sugar in the raw)
4 Tbsp
Urban Accents Moroccan Road4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
Directions:
In small bowl, combine orange juice, sugar and Moroccan Road to form a syrupy paste. Place the peach halves in a large bowl. Pour the mixture over the peaches and with a rubber spatula, gently stir until the peaches are well coated.
Preheat grill for medium heat. Grill the peaches, cut sid up until grill marks are visible, about 5 minutes. Turn peaches over and cook an additional 3-5 minutes more. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or as a light summertime dessert. .
