Ingredients:
1 medium ripe cantaloupe
4 Tbsp orange juice
6 Tbsp turbonado sugar (sugar in the raw)
3 Tbsp
Urban Accents Cajun Street
Directions:
Cut cantaloupe into 8 wedges and scoop out seeds.
Preheat grill for medium-high heat. In small saucepan over low heat, combine orange juice, brown sugar and Cajun Street. Stir constantly just until brown sugar melts and forms thick glaze. Brush both sides of cantaloupe wedges with glaze and grill on each side 3-4 minutes until light grill marks from. Let cool; slice cantaloupe wedges into serving-size chunks without cutting through rind.
