Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 3 Tbsp Urban Accents Marrakesh Za'atar 4 Tbsp olive oil 4 whole wheat pitas 1 large plum tomato, sliced Greens - spinach, romaine, iceberg 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese Prepared tzatziki sauce 1/2 cup assorted olives, pick your favorite: black, green, kalamata
Directions: In a resealable plastic bag, combine olive oil, Marrakesh Za'atar and chicken. Seal and turn to coat completely; marinate for 15 minutes. Using a grill pan or grill, cook chicken breasts until cooked through. Slice lengthwise. Assemble pitas with tomato, lettuce, cheese, tzatziki, and olives.
