Ingredients:
Zest and juice of 2 small limes
1 cup tomatoes, seeded and diced
1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp tequila
2-½ tsp
Urban Accents Fisherman’s Wharf, divided
3-4 Tbsp butter
½ cup flour
4 8-oz firm white fish fillets
Directions:
In small bowl, combine lime juice, tomato, onions, tequila and 2 tsp Fisherman’s Wharf. Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Preheat oven to 350°F. Melt butter in an oven-proof sauté pan. In shallow pan, season flour with ½ tsp Fisherman’s Wharf. Lightly flour the fish, shaking off excess. Sauté fillets to a golden brown on one side over medium-high heat. Turn the fish over, cover with tequila sauce, and place in oven. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the fish flakes in the center. Top fish with lime zest and serve immediately.
