Ingredients:
Urban Accents Orange Ginger Pork & Ham Glaze1 cup orange juice
Ham, up to 10 lbs
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Combine Orange Ginger glaze with juice and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes until it reduces to about 1/2 cup. During last 30 minutes of roasting time, brush glaze on ham and continue to bake. Total baking time for ham is about 10-15 minutes per pound. If the ham has an exposed bone, cover with foil. Continue roasting until a thermometer inserted in thickest part reads 130 degrees F to 135 degrees F, thermometer should not touch bone.
Take ham out of oven and raise temperature to 425 degrees. Re-glaze ham and place back in the oven for an additional 20 minutes until glaze is bubbling. Remove ham from oven, tent with foil and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Warm remaining glaze and place in a serving dish for the ultimate taste!
