Ingredients: 2 large russet potatoes 2 Tbsp Canola oil 4 Tbsp Urban Accents Mongolian Ginger BBQ
Directions: Preheat oven to 425F. Using a mandolin, slice the potatoes using the 1/8 inch setting. If you do not have a mandolin, slice the potatoes as evenly and thin as possible. In a plastic bag, add the potatoes, oil, and Mongolian Ginger BBQ. Shake to combine. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Spread potato chips on parchment and bake until crisp and golden about 8-10 min. |
