Ingredients: 4 large Portobello mushrooms 3 Tbsp olive oil 1 Tbsp Urban Accents Chicago Steak and Chop 2 garlic cloves, finely minced 1 beefsteak tomato, sliced handful of spinach leaves (or arugula, lettuce etc) 4 slices of provolone cheese 4 hamburger buns (or slices of hearty bread) 4 Tbsp mayonnaise 1/2 tsp Sriacha (or any hot sauce)
Directions: Clean the mushrooms and slice off the steams. In a large bowl, combine the mushrooms, olive oil, Chicago Steak and Chop, and garlic. Using your hands rub the mixture all over the mushrooms. Place in the fridge while the oven preheats to 375F. Cook for 10 minutes on a baking sheet or until heated through. Halfway through cooking, place the buns in the oven to toast. Remove from oven and assemble the sandwiches. Immediately place the cheese on the mushroom so it will melt nicely. Combine the mayonnaise and Sriacha. Coat the buns with the spicy mixture. Serve with sweet potato fries for a healthy alternative to your average burger and fries.
