Fruit Salad
A fresh salad with a slight curry twist.

Ingredients:

1 ripe mango
1 small papaya
1 pear
1 orange
1-1/2 cups seedless grapes
1/2 cup fresh raspberries
Urban Accents Mango Masala Seasoned Salt
1 banana, peeled & sliced


Directions:

Peel the mango and papaya and cut into bite-size pieces.  Cut the pear into bite-size pieces.  Cut the top and bottom off the orange just deep enough to expose inner fruit.  Following the curve of the orange, cut the skin and pith off in panels.  Cut between the orange membranes to produce orange sections.  Combine all the fruit in a bowl. Mix gently, and season with Mango Masala Seasoned Sea Salt to taste. Add the banana at the last minute.
