Ingredients:
1 15-oz can chick peas, drained and thoroughly rinsed
2 Tbsp Tahini sauce
1/4 cup water
1 garlic clove
1 Tbsp Urban Accents Parisian Melange
1/4 cup olive oil
Salt and pepper
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except the olive oil in a blender or food processor. Pulse until smooth; slowly add olive oil. If necessary, add more water to get to desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve chilled with fresh cut veggies or pita bread.
