Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados
Juice and zest of 1 lemon
1 tomato, seeded and chopped
2 tsp
Urban Accents Mozambique Peri Peri1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1/2 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
Directions:
Remove the flesh from the avocados and mash in a medium bowl. Stir in lemon juice and zest, tomato, Mozambique Peri Peri, cilantro and olive oil. Place plastic wrap on surface of guacamole; cover tightly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let flavors meld. Serve as a dip or spread.
