East India Banana Chips

Ingredients:

Ripe bananas
Safflower or coconut oil
Urban Accents Mango Masala Seasoned Salt


Directions:

Cut bananas in diagonal slices 1/8-inch thick.  Heat oil until it is smoking.  Fry banana slices for a minute or two or until they are crispy.  Remove with slotted spoon and drain on a paper towel.  Sprinkle with Mango Masala Seasoned Salt for an authentic Indian snack.  Store in air-tight container.  Perfect for snacking!
