Ingredients:
Ripe bananas
Safflower or coconut oil

Directions:
Cut bananas in diagonal slices 1/8-inch thick. Heat oil until it is smoking. Fry banana slices for a minute or two or until they are crispy. Remove with slotted spoon and drain on a paper towel.
