  • Rub 2-3 pounds of meat or seafood with oil and place in a resealable bag.
  • Empty packet of Vermont Grill DRYGLAZE seasoning into bag.
  • Seal bag and gently shake for even coating.
  • Let set for 30 minutes to create a beautiful glaze.
  • For grilling: Use indirect heat.
  • For roasting: Cover with foil and roast as usual. Remove foil halfway through cooking to brown.

Received the original Vermont Seasoning via Omaha Steaks and fell in love with it.  Used it up and then panicked and had to find where I could purchase more.  Found Urban Accents and now have more.  Love the sweet/smoky/salty/mapely flavors of the seasoning and what it does to meat, poultry and fish!  Love it, love it, love it.

I use this rub in combination with a honey  mustard on pork roast and bake it in the oven.The combination  makes an awesome kind of a crust on the roast.  Also used it on chicken breasts with the skin and on a bone.  The flavor of all the spices together adds such a rich and homey kind of taste.  I love all your products and buy them as little gifts for other family members that like to cook and experiment with different tastes and textures.  Keep up the great work!
