  • Rub 2-3 pounds of meat or seafood with oil and place in a resealable bag.
  • Empty packet of Vermont Grill DRYGLAZE seasoning into bag.
  • Seal bag and gently shake for even coating.
  • Let set for 30 minutes to create a beautiful glaze.
  • For grilling: Use indirect heat.
  • For roasting: Cover with foil and roast as usual. Remove foil halfway through cooking to brown.

Love it with ground lamb for lamb burgers, I mix it in with the ground lamb, add a dash of maple syrup, best lamb burgers yet.

While making lamb burgers one day, I thought I'd add some Vermont Grill Maple & Sage dryglaze to the ground meat with some dried onion and a splash of maple syrup. Best ever!
