Dijon Herbed Chicken

Ingredients: 1 Tbsp butter 1 Tbsp olive oil 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts salt and pepper to taste 1/2 cup heavy cream 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard 2 Tbsp Urban Accents Normandy Fine Herbs
Directions: In a large skillet, over medium-high heat, melt butter and heat oil. Season chicken with salt and pepper; place in. Brown chicken on both sides; reduce heat to medium, cover and continue cooking 15 min or until chicken juices run clear. Set aside and keep warm.
Stir cream into skillet, scraping up brown bits. Mix in mustard and Normandy Fine Herbs. Cook and stir 5 min, or until thickened. Return chicken to skillet to coat with sauce. Drizzle chicken with remaining sauce to serve.
