1 lb med uncooked shrimp, cleaned, peeled, tail on
2 large red or yellow peppers, cored, deseeded and cut into 1" pieces
3 medium limes
1/2 cup white wine

Directions:
Juice limes in large, non-metallic bowl. Add wine, Curry Row and Sonoma Pepper; whisk together. Add shrimp and pepper slices; stir to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for several hours. Soak wooden skewers in water for several hours.
Preheat grill to medium-high. To prepare, alternate shrimp and peppers on each skewer. Grill 4-5 minutes on each side or until shrimp turns pink. Place remaining marinade in saucepan, heat and reduce. Pour over cooked shrimp or use as a dipping sauce.
