1 cup low-fat mayonnaise
1 can non-fat cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup mushrooms, diced
1/2 cup shallots, diced

Directions:
Place all ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on low for about two hours. Stir occasionally so it does not stick. Keep warm and serve with crackers or warm bread. Garnish dip with a bit more Cajun Street before serving.
