Ingredients:
1 full rack Baby Back Ribs
2-3 Tbsp olive oil
4 Tsp Easy Exoticâ„¢ Old Time Barbeque Rub
Handful of hickory wood chips, soaked in water
Directions:
Prepare the ribs by removing the thin papery membrane from the back. Coat both sides of the ribs with olive oil and sprinkle generously with Old Time Barbeque Rub and let rest in the refrigerator for one hour.
Prepare charcoal grill and place 1 handful of hickory chips on either side. Arrange the ribs bone side down, cover and grill over indirect heat for 1-1/2 hours or until tender, flipping once.
