Ingredients: 8 cups freshly popped corn (from 1/3 cup Urban Accents Popcorn) 4 Tbsp butter 1/2 cup corn syrup 4 Tbsp Urban Accents Gotta Cook Tonight Santa Fe Mole seasoning 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions: Preheat oven to 300F. Spray two cookie sheets, large non-plastic bowl and spatula with non-stick spray. Place popcorn in bowl. Melt butter in small non-stick saucepan; add corn syrup and stir to incorporate. Stir in Santa Fe Mole seasoning and salt; cook over medium heat until it comes to a soft boil. Reduce heat; add chocolate chips and stir until they melt. Slowly pour mixture over popcorn stirring continuously until popcorn is evenly coated. Pour popcorn onto prepared sheets and bake for 20 minutes; stirring after 10 minutes. Let cool completely and break into chunks.
