Ingredients:
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 yellow onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 lbs ground beef
1-1/2 cups ketchup
4-1/2 Tbsp Urban Accents Rio Grande Chili Blend
Directions:
Heat oil in large skillet over med-high heat. Saute onion and green pepper until onion is translucent, about 2-3 minutes. Add ground beef and brown well, breaking meat up as it cooks. Drain excess grease. Stir in ketchup and Rio Grande Chile Blend; bring to a soft boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve on crusty rolls.
