Ingredients:
3 Tbsp soy sauce
2-3 Tbsp
Urban Accents Asian Pepper Market 3 Tbsp vinegar
2 Tbsp sesame seed oil
1-1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1" cubes
Cut vegetables such as carrots, broccoli, onion, red & yellow peppers, pea pods, etc.
Directions:
Mix soy sauce, Asian Pepper Market and vinegar together in a small bowl and set aside. Heat wok over very high heat; pour sesame seed oil around the sides of the heated wok. Add the chicken and stir rapidly so that it does not stick to the wok. Cook chicken for about 2 minutes, add cut veggies and Asian Pepper Market mixture. Cook for about 2-5 more minutes until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are crisp tender. Remove from heat and serve over rice.
