Ingredients:
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup red wine
4 tsp
Urban Accents Chicago Steak & Chop 2 lbs sirloin or strip steak
Directions:
Combine olive oil, red wine and Chicago Steak & Chop in small bowl. Place steak in glass dish; pour marinade over steak, cover and refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade. Preheat grill or broiler. Grill or broil steak 8-10 minutes per side to desired doneness. Remove meat to platter, tent with foil and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
