Ingredients:
1-1/3 lb ground turkey
1-1/2 Tbsp
Urban Accents Caribbean Burger Blend1 egg, beaten
3 Tbsp green onions, finely diced
1 Tbsp dried parsley flakes
1 8-oz can crushed pineapple, drained well
SALSA2/3 cup chopped mango
1 lime, juiced
1 orange, juiced
1 jalapeno pepper, diced (seeds and membrane removed)
1/3 cup finely diced red onion
1/2 red pepper, finely chopped
1/2 to 1 Tbsp

Directions:
Combine salsa ingredients and refrigerate for 1 hour or more so flavors can meld. Preheat grill for medium-high heat; oil grate with non-stick spray or olive oil.
In medium bowl, combine turkey, Caribbean Burger Blend, egg, green onions, parsley, and pineapple; do not over mix. Divide mixture into four portions, ball lightly and then flatten into patties. Place patties on grill and cook, turning only once, for about 10-12 minutes. Internal temperature should reach 155F. Serve burger on toasted rolls topped with mango salsa.
