Ingredients:
12 Roma tomatoes, cut into quarters lengthwise or 20 grape tomatoes, halved
2 Tbsp Urban Accents Isle of Capri Seasoned Salt
Extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 cup white vinegar
Directions:
Preheat oven to 150 degrees F. Arrange the tomatoes on a baking sheet, cut side up. Sprinkle generously with Isle of Capri Seasoned Salt. Bake the salted tomatoes for approximately 7-8 hours, rotating baking sheet every 2 hours. Check after 5 hours to make sure none have begun to burn. When finished, they should have a dried shriveled appearance. Remove, dip each tomato in vinegar and layer in a sterile jar. Cover tomatoes with olive oil.
