Ingredients:
6 Tbsp Urban Accents Cajun Street 2 cups seasoned bread crumbs 1 lb chicken tenderloins 1 cup vegetable oil 1 cup milk 4 Tbsp butter 3 Tbsp Dijon mustard
Directions:
In medium bowl, combine Cajun Street and bread crumbs. Toss chicken tenders in the mixture to coat well. Heat the oil until bread crumbs fry when sprinkled in. Fry the chicken until golden brown, about 1 minute.
Bring the milk and the butter to a slow boil, whisk in the mustard and heat. In a small oven-proof casserole dish, combine chicken and sauce; warm through in a 375oven for 15-20 minutes or until center is white. |
