Ingredients:
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 yellow onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
2 lbs ground beef or combination beef & turkey
4 Tbsp Urban Accents Bayou Barbeque
2 cups ketchup
Directions:
Heat olive oil in a heavy-based pot over medium-high heat. Add onions and green pepper; saute for 2-3 minutes. Add ground meat; brown well about 5-7 minutes, then drain. Stir in Bayou Barbeque and ketchup; bring to a soft boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve on crusty rolls.
