Ingredients:
1 cup Urban Accents Yunnan Palace Bamboo Rice
1-1/2 cups water
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
1 tsp sugar
Directions:
Place rice and water in medium saucepan over med-high heat and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer, and cook covered, until liquid is absorbed; about 12 minutes. While rice is cooking, combine vinegar and sugar. When rice has cooked through, place finished rice in a bowl and slowly cut in vinegar mixture with a spatula. Rice is now ready to roll with favorite ingredients to make tasty, eye appealing sushi.
