Ingredients:
1/2 lb thick-sliced smoked bacon, cut into strips 1/3 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup sour cream 1 tsp Urban Accents Mesa Rosa Chipotle 1-2 ripe tomatoes 1-1/2 lbs ground chuck 3 tsp Urban Accents Chicago Steak & Chop Crusty bread Lettuce leaves
Directions:
To prepare the BLT spread, start by cutting the bacon strips into small squares. Heat skillet over medium heat and saute until crisp; drain on a paper towel. In a medium bowl, stir together mayonnaise, sour cream and Mesa Rosa Chipotle. Cut ripe tomatoes into cubes, removing seeds and fold into mixture. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Fold Chicago Steak & Chop into ground chuck. Gently form into 4 patties. Place burgers directly on grill and cook over high heat until grilled to preference.
Spread BLT mixture on lightly toasted, thick slices of crusty bread. Place burger on bread and garnish with lettuce, add cheese if you're a fan! |
