BBQ Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:
2 14-oz cans of water-packed artichoke hearts, drained 2 garlic cloves, chopped 1/2 tsp Urban Accents Bayou Barbeque Olive Oil
Directions: Combine the artichoke hearts, garlic, and Bayou BBQ in food processor and drizzle with a generous amount of olive oil; process until smooth. Spoon mixture into a serving bowl and drizzle with a small bit of olive oil and an additional sprinkle of Bayou Barbeque. Serve with warmed pita bread or crackers.
