Ingredients: 7-1/2 cups chicken stock 1/2 cup orzo pasta 3 eggs 2 tsp Urban Accents Marrakesh Za'atar Juice of 1 large lemon black pepper
Directions: Pour the chicken stock into a large saucepan and bring to a boil. Add the orzo and cook until tender. In a medium bowl, beat eggs until they are frothy. Add lemon, Urban Accents Marrakesh Za'atar and 1 Tbsp cold water. Slowly stir in one ladle of the hot chicken stock. Add 2-3 more ladles more. Remove the chicken stock from the heat and pour in the egg mixture. Stir well and season with pepper. Serve immediately. Do not let the stock boil once the egg is added or the soup with curdle.
