Ingredients:
2 Tbsp brown rice vinegar
2 Tbsp mirin (Japanese cooking wine)
1 Tbsp Urban Accents Mongolian Ginger BBQ
2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
4 avocados, peeled, pitted and sliced
1 bunch trimmed watercress leaves
Directions:
In medium bowl, whisk together vinegar, mirin, Mongolian Ginger BBQ, and oil. Gently fold in avocados and watercress.
