Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb round steak, cut into 1/2" x 2" strips
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
2 Tbsp Urban Accents Mongolian Ginger BBQ
Oyster Sauce
Cut vegetables such as carrots, broccoli, onion, baby corn, etc
Directions:
In small non-metallic bowl, combine rice wine and Mongolian Ginger BBQ. Add beef strips, cover and marinade in refrigerator for 1-2 hours stirring occasionally. Stir-fry over high heat adding oyster sauce and veggies of choice. Serve over rice or rice noodles.
