Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb flank steak (trimmed & scored)
2 Tbsp Urban Accents Asian Pepper Market
1 garlic clove, chopped
2 Tbsp honey
1/2 cup fresh chopped cilantro
2 Tbsp sesame seed oil
Juice from two limes
Directions:
Place flank steak in a shallow non-reactive dish. Combine all other ingredients in a bowl and pour over steak. Marinate for at least 1 hour, overnight is even better. Preheat grill or broiler. Grill or broil close to the heat for about 4 minutes per side or until cooked medium-rare. Remove from heat and let stand for 3-4 minutes. Slice across grain and place on serving dish. While the steak is cooking, take the leftover marinade and place it in a small saucepan. Bring to boil and reduce marinade by 1/2. Pour reduced marinade over the sliced steak and serve.
